Mission:
The mission of TÜRKMER is to support Turkic communities living abroad in becoming educated, productive, and influential individuals within their respective countries, and to develop projects, reports, and policies grounded in cumulative knowledge and academic research. The Center is committed to conducting academic studies that strengthen economic, scientific, technological, and cultural ties between Türkiye and these nations. Furthermore, it aims to provide guidance for the organizational development of civil society institutions and to inform the public by establishing a comprehensive database through international collaborations.
Vision:
The vision of the Center is to become a leading institution and a primary point of reference at both national and international levels for academic and applied studies concerning Turkic communities. In addition, it strives to contribute significantly to the promotion of Türkiye abroad through innovative research and a robust documentation infrastructure, while facilitating the development of a strong, unified, and cohesive Turkic diaspora.
